just have to get off my chest

i'm sad b/c the hot guy who was training me at work had his last day today (he's transfering to another location) so i won't really see him again and he was one of the few ppl that i really felt comfortable with b/c i just started and he was really nice, so now i kinda feel alone at work. and then i'm kinda confused, b/c i thought i liked this one friend of mine. i was chillin with him at a party last night and i was flirting with him and everything and i thought i kinda of liked him, but this morning, my feelings changed, but i'm not sure if i really actually liked him, or i just thought i did, b/c i had all this energy after work and i know he likes me. so i don't know if the reason i thought i liked him was b/c he liked me and i'm kinda lonely. i'm not really looking for something tho, i mean, i do miss it, having someone, but, i haven't really been looking for anything, if it happened, then great, but if not, oh well, but it could have been the fact that i was energized last night and had to burn things off. it's just sometimes, the loneliness kinda gets to me. it's not that big of a deal, i think i just kinda feel this way right now b/c i stayed home tonight, and if i had someone, i probably wouldn't have been alone

no one ever reads this, so i guess i'll type shit. i feel so out of the loop sometimes. not getting called, or not knowing what's going on at all. puts me in a bad mood. sometimes i feel so unwanted. i know there's a few ppl that want me around from the ppl that i always hang out with. but i know that other ppl could care less. it makes me sad. because, i kinda feel like that ppl that you always hang out with should be the friends that really care about you, that want you around, call to do things, and make you feel wanted. that definitely doesn't happen in this group. i honestly don't think that there is one person who would love for everyone to be there. there maybe certain ppl that they want there, but if a couple others didn't show up, oh fucking well, that doesn't matter. it's different for each person too who the others are. i'm guilty of it too tho, and it all makes me sick.

"Sunday Bloody Sunday" U2

Yes...

I can't believe the news today
Oh, I can't close my eyes
And make it go away
How long...
How long must we sing this song
How long, how long...
'cause tonight...we can be as one
Tonight...

Broken bottles under children's feet
Bodies strewn across the dead end street
But I won't heed the battle call
It puts my back up
Puts my back up against the wall

Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Sunday, Bloody Sunday

And the battle's just begun
There's many lost, but tell me who has won
The trench is dug within our hearts
And mothers, children, brothers, sisters
Torn apart

Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Sunday, Bloody Sunday

How long...
How long must we sing this song
How long, how long...
'cause tonight...we can be as one
Tonight...tonight...

Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Sunday, Bloody Sunday

Wipe the tears from your eyes
Wipe your tears away
Oh, wipe your tears away
Oh, wipe your tears away
(Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
Oh, wipe your blood shot eyes
(Sunday, Bloody Sunday)

Sunday, Bloody Sunday (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
Sunday, Bloody Sunday (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)

And it's true we are immune
When fact is fiction and TV reality
And today the millions cry
We eat and drink while tomorrow they die

(Sunday, Bloody Sunday)

The real battle just begun
To claim the victory Jesus won
On...

Sunday Bloody Sunday
Sunday Bloody Sunday...

Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountain side
The summer's gone, and all the flowers are dying
'Tis you, 'tis you must go and I must bide.
But come ye back when summer's in the meadow
Or when the valley's hushed and white with snow
'Tis I'll be here in sunshine or in shadow
Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so.

And if you come, when all the flowers are dying
And I am dead, as dead I well may be
You'll come and find the place where I am lying
And kneel and say an "Ave" there for me.
And I shall hear, tho' soft you tread above me
And all my dreams will warm and sweeter be
If you'll not fail to tell me that you love me
I'll simply sleep in peace until you come to me.
I'll simply sleep in peace until you come to me.

David-Bowie's
- Rebel Rebel
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo

You’ve got your mother in a whirl
She’s not sure if you’re a boy or a girl
Hey babe, your hair’s alright
Hey babe, let’s go out tonight
You like me, and I like it all
We like dancing and we look divine
You love bands when they’re playing hard
You want more and you want it fast
They put you down, they say I’m wrong
You tacky thing, you put them on

Rebel rebel, you’ve torn your dress
Rebel rebel, your face is a mess
Rebel rebel, how could they know?
Hot tramp, I love you so!

Don’t ya?
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo

You’ve got your mother in a whirl ’cause she’s
Not sure if you’re a boy or a girl
Hey babe, your hair’s alright
Hey babe, let’s stay out tonight
You like me, and I like it all
We like dancing and we look divine
You love bands when they’re playing hard
You want more and you want it fast
They put you down, they say I’m wrong
You tacky thing, you put them on

Rebel rebel, you’ve torn your dress
Rebel rebel, your face is a mess
Rebel rebel, how could they know?
Hot tramp, I love you so!

Don’t ya?
Oh?

Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo
Doo doo doo-doo doo doo doo doo

Rebel rebel, you’ve torn your dress
Rebel rebel, your face is a mess
Rebel rebel, how could they know?
Hot tramp, I love you so!

You’ve torn your dress, your face is a mess
You can’t get enough, but enough ain’t the test
You’ve got your transmission and your live wire
You got your cue line and a handful of ludes
You wanna be there when they count up the dudes
And I love your dress
You’re a juvenile success
Because your face is a mess
So how could they know?
I said, how could they know?

So what you wanna know
Calamity’s child, chi-chile, chi-chile
Where’d you wanna go?
What can I do for you? looks like you’ve been there too
’cause you’ve torn your dress
And your face is a mess
Oh, your face is a mess
Oh, oh, so how could they know?
Eh, eh, how could they know?
Eh, eh

There’s only room for one and here she comes, here she comes

Oh don’t lean on me man, cause you can’t afford the ticket

Oh don’t lean on me man
Cause you ain’t got time to check it
You know my suffragette city
Is outta sight...she’s all right

David-Bowie's Golden Years
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop

Don’t let me hear you say life’s taking you nowhere, angel
Come get up my baby
Look at that sky, life’s begun
Nights are warm and the days are young
Come get up my baby

There’s my baby, lost that’s all
Once I’m begging you save her little soul
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Come get up my baby

Last night they loved you, opening doors and pulling some strings, angel
Come get up my baby
In walked luck and you looked in time
Never look back, walk tall, act fine
Come get up my baby

I’ll stick with you baby for a thousand years
Nothing’s gonna touch you in these golden years, gold
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Come get up my baby

Some of these days, and it won’t be long
Gonna drive back down where you once belonged
In the back of a dream car twenty foot long
Don’t cry my sweet, don’t break my heart
Doing all right, but you gotta get smart
Wish upon, wish upon, day upon day, I believe oh lord
I believe all the way
Come get up my baby
Run for the shadows, run for the shadows, run for the shadows in these golden years

There’s my baby, lost that’s all
Once I’m begging you save her little soul
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Come get up my baby

Don’t let me hear you say life’s taking you nowhere, angel
Come get up my baby
Run for the shadows, run for the shadows
Run for the shadows in these golden years

I’ll stick with you baby for a thousand years
Nothing’s gonna touch you in these golden years, gold
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop
Golden years, gold whop whop whop

bartender

By: Dave Matthews Band

If I go before I'm old
Oh brother of mine please don't forget me if I go
Bartender please, fill my glass for me
With the wine you gave Jesus that set him free, after three days in the ground

Oh and if I die before my time
Oh sweet sister of mine please don't regret me if I go
Bartender please, fill my glass for me
With the wine you gave Jesus that set him free after three days in the ground
Bartender please, fill my glass for me
With the wine you gave Jesus that set him free after three days in the ground

I'm on bended knee I pray Bartender please
Oh when I was young I didn't think about it,
But now I can't get it out of my mind
I'm on bended knee please father please

Oh if all this gold, should steal my soul away
Oh dear mother of mine, please redirect me if this gold
Bartender you see, this wine that's drinking me
Came from the vine that strung Judas from the devil's tree roots
Deep deep in the ground

Bartender you see, this wine that's drinking me
Came from the vine that strung Judas from the devil's tree roots
Deep deep in the ground
I'm on bended knee I pray Bartender please
I'm on bended knee please mama please
Oh when I was young I didn't think about it,
But now I just want to run and hide
I'm on bended knee Bartender please

grace is gone

By: Dave Matthews Band

Neon shines through smoky eyes tonight
It's 2 am - I'm drunk again it's heavy on my mind
I could never love again so much as I love you
Where you end where I begin is like a river going through
Take my eyes take my heart I need them no more
If never again they fall upon the one I so adore

Excuse me please one more drink
Could make it strong cause I don't need to think
She broke my heart my Grace is gone
One more drink and I'll move on

One drink to remember then another to forget
How could I ever dream to find sweet love like you again
One drink to remember and another to forget

Excuse me please one more drink
Could make it strong cause I don't need to think
She broke my heart my Grace is gone
One more drink and I'll move on
One more drink and I'll be gone

You think of things impossible and the sun refuse to shine
I woke with you beside me your cold hand lay in mine

Excuse me please one more drink
Could make it strong cause I don't need to think
She broke my heart my Grace is gone
One more drink and I'll go

Excuse me please one more drink
Could make it strong cause I don't need to think
She broke my heart my Grace is gone
One more drink and I'll move on
One more drink and I'll be gone
One more drink my Grace is gone

this pops into my head every once in a while. i like it

*Bad Day*~R.E.M.

A public service announcement followed me home the other day,
I paid it nevermind, go away.
Shit's so thick you could stir it with a stick,
free Teflon whitewashed presidency.
We're sick of being jerked around,
Wear that on your sleeve

Broadcast me a joyful noise into the times, Lord,
count your blessings,
We're sick of being jerked around
We all fall down.

Have you ever seen the televised St. Vitus subcommittee prize
investigation dance? Those-ants-in-pants glances.
Well, look behind the eyes, it's a hallowed, hollow anesthesized,
"save my own ass, screw these guys" smoke and mirror lock down

Broadcast me a joyful noise into the times, Lord,
count your blessings,
The papers wouldn't lie!
I sigh. Not one more.

It's been a bad day, please don't take a picture
It's been a bad day. Please
It's been a bad day, please don't take a picture
It's been a bad day. Please

We're dug in the deep, the price is steep.
The auctioneer is such a creep.
The lights went out, the oil ran dry
We blamed it on the other guy
Sure, all men are created equal.
Here's the church, here's the steeple
Please stay tuned, we cut to sequel,
ashes, ashes, we all fall down.

Broadcast me a joyful noise unto the times, Lord,
Count your blessings.
Ignore the lower fears,
Ugh, this means war.

It's been a bad day, please don't take a picture
It's been a bad day. Please
It's been a bad day, please don't take a picture
It's been a bad day. Please

Broadcast me a joyful noise into the times, Lord,
Count your blessings,
We're sick of being jerked around,
We all fall down.

It's been a bad day, please don't take a picture
It's been a bad day. Please
It's been a bad day, please don't take a picture
It's been a bad day. Please

heard this on the radio yesterday

*Better Man*~Pearl Jam

waitin', watchin' the clock, it's four o'clock, it's got to stop
tell him, take no more, she practices her speech
as he opens the door, she rolls over...
pretends to sleep as he looks her over
she lies and says she's in love with him, can't find a better man...
she dreams in color, she dreams in red, can't find a better man...
can't find a better man
can't find a better man
ohh...
talkin' to herself, there's no one else who needs to know...
she tells herself, oh...
memories back when she was bold and strong
and waiting for the world to come along...
swears she knew it, now she swears he's gone
she lies and says she's in love with him, can't find a better man...
she dreams in color, she dreams in red, can't find a better man...
she lies and says she still loves him, can't find a better man...
she dreams in color, she dreams in red, can't find a better man...
can't find a better man
can't find a better man
yeah...
she loved him, yeah...she don't want to leave this way
she feeds him, yeah...that's why she'll be back again
can't find a better man
can't find a better man
can't find a better man
can't find a better...man...
